20X in 2010.....

Welcome to 2010!! Happy New Year to everyone! We have a busy year ahead of us! 
The resolutions are set:
1) Attempt to raise as much as we can for the NODCC
2) No more soda for Cale
3) Half-Ironman Florida in under 5 hours 25 min and 30 sec
4) Finish Ironman Florida!!


I have my first few weeks of my training plan from Michelle. Should be a great month. Looking forward to loosing the holiday pounds and getting back into good shape.
Cody and Quinn had a great Holiday break and are enjoying their last weekend before school starts. We have watched Harry Potter and Up about a thousand times over the past couple of days. The time over the past couple of months with the boys and Knikie has been great. The break from training has been nice as well. 
It's now time to focus in on my objectives and start this year off right. 
Starting Sunday I will be on "The Plan". "The Plan" thus far consists of daily workouts 6 days a week. Sometimes working out twice a day. So far it looks great and I'm really looking forward to the challenge!


For now I''m gonna take down the Christmas Tree.
